On October 31, Halloween, Las Vegas Northwest Rotary Club member, Paul Wexler and his wife Sally, were asked to help judge the Halloween contest at the NALA Pre-School.  Also judging was Attorney General-elect Catherine Cortez Masto along with NALA staff and board members.  The children were incredible.  Almost everyone had their costume.  For the children who could not afford a costume, their teachers painted their faces to look like scary characters so that every child could participate.  The pictures tell the story.
